All reservations made with our studio include a standard package of amenities, consisting of 6 hours of studio use, tables (either square or round cocktail), chairs, black linen, two LED smart TV's, access to our kitchenette, and a Bluetooth speaker system. We also offer additional upgrades and amenities upon request.
Please note that a 50% nonrefundable holding fee is required for all reservations, which is applied towards the total cost of your reservation. This fee may be transferred up to two times for a new date. The remaining reservation fee must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
Furthermore, a $400 incidental deposit is mandatory for all reservations and must be paid in full via certified funds on or before the event date. This deposit serves to cover any potential damages or ancillary charges that may arise during your reservation period. If no damages or ancillary charges occur, the incidental deposit will be refunded in full.
As the Renter of the Conclave, it is important to comply with the following regulations:
1. The Conclave shall be used exclusively by the Renter and their attendees.
2. Renter must comply with all applicable fire, health, and sanitary laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of the appropriate governmental authorities, in respect to the Owner.
3. Renter is responsible for the conduct of all attendees.
4. Smoking and use of E-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5. Firearms and explosives are prohibited on the premises.
6. Any police contact of any kind will result in the forfeiture of the incidental deposit.
7. Violence of any kind is strictly prohibited.
8. All clients are responsible for cleaning the facility at the end of the event. Trash must be bagged in the provided black trash bags and placed in the designated area. Failure to comply will result in a $60.00 per hour clean fee.
9. Alcohol brought into the facility must be served by a licensed TIPS certified bartender and shall not be sold on premises. No BYOB allowed.
10. If the event goes beyond the scheduled time, the incidental deposit will be forfeited.
11. No weapons or marijuana are allowed on the premises.
12. Nails, tacks, duct tape, or hang tags are not allowed on the walls or ceilings.
13. Glitter or confetti is not allowed on the premises.
14. No loitering is allowed in the parking lot or in front of neighboring businesses.
15. Owner’s displays shall not be covered during the rental term.
16. Owner’s artwork is to remain in place on walls and/or on stands throughout the event.
17. Furniture is to remain in place unless prior written permission from Owner has been granted.
GOVERNING LAW: This document serves as the whole of the Rental Contract and supersedes any and all verbal agreements made in the past, now, or in the future. All changes to this Contract must be received in writing (and via email) with acknowledgement from both parties in order to be valid. Renter may email info@conclavedetroit.com and include "Rental Contract" in the subject line. The Conclave will provide written acknowledgement only to the email address provided on this Contract. It is agreed that this Rental Contract shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan County of Wayne.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to our rules and regulations. In the event that any rules are not followed, we may need to end the event early and unfortunately forfeit the incidental deposit.
